It is my first time to travel to Egypt and at first I was hesitant to deal with Ramses because all the correspondences are through email, but they delivered everything they promised and made sure that all my requests even the last minute ones are granted.
I am very lucky to have Marco as my guide. Upon seeing him, he has this pleasant disposition which made me really at ease. He is very knowledgeable in explaining the sites that we are visiting and speaks very good English. We were moving around Cairo the whole day but he never hurried and always keep a high energy during the tour,he made sure I enjoy myself and even assisted and gave me tips in shopping for souvenirs. I will go back to Egypt soon and I hope Ramses can give me Marco as my guide again.
