Glad I trusted Ramses. They were very friendly, economical, and a great value. They basically provide private tours at a group tour price. Vans were new, nice. Guides were knowledgable and fun. We chose the 5-star hotel option and though many of the choices weren’t the top hotels, we were satisfied with ours. We did the 3 day Nile cruise, and I wish it had been 7 days. I would have also done the Abu Simbel add-on to the Aswan part of our trip — for us we wanted to take a flight there instead of the 4am 4-hour van ride, but the flights were booked. Only cautions — like most tour companies, the add-ons were a bit overpriced and could be sourced locally at a much lower price; also, don’t let them take you to the tourist buffet lunches — insist on good, local restaurants. I would use Ramses again without question — they treated us fairly, picked us up at the airport on time and really did a great job making our trip to Egypt a memorable and safe one.
